"Re Formation" . . .

i Had A Dream Last Night . . .
i dreamed i couldn't "Find" church . . .
i was walking forever, searching, and just couldn't find It.

"Going Way Back" . . .

When i think about the Early Church,
i'm Amazed ...
Amazed by the growth, despite persecution
and how the "Good News" was communicated,
No Bible, just Person to Person.
People Filled and Lead by "Gods Spirit",
telling their story !!!

When i think about Government/Rome
accepting and implementing the "new religion" ...
i'm sick and want to puke.

When i think about Luther and the Reformation,
i'm Inspired and Excited.

From that point on,
i get discouraged ...

When "men" began to "study" the Bible for themselves.
They created so many doctrines
to make themselves "unique and visible".
A unique and visible "Part".

That striving to be unique has caused a
"Great Division of the Body".
Not quite reformation,
more like dismemberment or quarantined diseases.

"Come Together" . . .

i've said this before and will continue to say it...
We're "Handicapped".
When we put aside all our "petty" doctrines
that make us "unique",
and return to . . .
One Mind, One Heart and One Voice.
We Will Be . . .
A Healed, Whole Body . . .
In Christ.

Then and Only Then,
will the Church, Truly Emerge.
A Pure and Spotless Bride . . .

"Working Out and Practicing" . . .

In sports,
teams go over films to see what they did (right and wrong)
in the game and to "know" how their opponents play.
The team also studies and practices
the "fundamental moves" of their positions
over and over again. As a "team".
Forever practicing and working out . . .

"Back To The Basics Of Love" . . .

The church seems to think they've heard it all before
and are always looking for the next...
BIG MOVE of GOD

Assistant coaches of the "Team of God"
Need to begin to realize,
We Are "One" Team !!!

These "coaches" need to begin to recognize
the "One Team" approach
and strive to assemble the scattered "teams"
in their communities.
Leaders need to get the "players"
back to the "Fundamentals of Faith" . . .

Teachers should get into Romans and Galatians
and keep going over and over it
till the "Team" gets back to the "Basics"
of really knowing what it means to be,
In Christ... Practice Makes Perfect !!!

Take away Sin and Judgement,
mix in a little expressive worship/praise,
add some specific, focused prayer,
offer some food and "Real" fellowship
and . . . "BE CHURCH". . . Wherever You Are . . .

"What About the Dream" ? ? ?

Oh Yeah, i woke up, and still couldn't find church . . .
