Science: An area of knowledge that is an object of study.

Conscience: Being aware of the moral right and wrongness
of one's own acts or motives.

Higher Consciousness: Result from the earnest study of theology.

The above three things account for how
the majority of this world
"Know" God and "Do" Religion.

You are Born into a belief system.
Your parents and family may or not Read a Holy Book
(there are many out there).

But whether they do or not, they are most certainly
"influenced" by a Holy Book.
Now if parents do read and believe in one,
it usually contains "rules written by"
A leader or a group of people that attribute the words
to a "form of divinity".

These Holy Words form a moral framework
of "right and wrong" by which to live by.

"Everyone has a conscience" . . .

When children begin to "think" for themselves,
they begin to "develop" their own conscience.
If their parents religion or beliefs "work for them"
they'll continue in it.
If the child has been abused
in the name of their parents religion or the parents themselves,
they may continue to "believe and obey" out of fear...
Of God or the parents...

Or...
They may "rebel" and find something
that is more "comforting or stimulating".
Or...
Believe in "Nothing at All"...

A "higher consciousness"
is when someone takes their belief system to a
"radical level".

This special person constantly studies his or her Holy Book
in order to "know" their particular God or Higher Power
"better than anyone else"...

Not only do they "study" their Holy Book,
they read anything they get their hands on
that pertains to the Holy Book.
Throw in tapes, videos, C.D.'s, D.V.D.'s,
seminars, conferences, retreats, websites, and
God Forbid...
Even BLOGSITES

Now if "information overload" wasn't bad enough,
A person with a higher consciousness...
Love To Follow Rules.
The "more rules", the better they like it.

Now the funny thing is...
The "harder they try" to keep the rules,
the more they fail...
Then they believe their Higher Power is "mad"
or "disappointed" with them.

"Thus... God is Never Happy or Get's His Way" . . .

Some religions teach that "God is Love"...
and extends Grace, Love and Forgiveness to All.

Many readers of this Holy Book sample this occasionally
but find "keeping rules" still help them know
that they're doing "better than" their fellow believers.

This "One God" is said to have Loved
Her creatures enough to even "do away" with the rules,
though this isn't taught too clearly.

One can imagine why.
If someone is told that they are "free"...
How could the leadership of the religion control them???

The "enemy" (fill in the blank) would cause everyone to sin
and do evil deeds and ultimately "burn forever".
Who The Hell wants to do that ???

So this "One God" was kind of smart,
She figured out that people may want to "exercise freedom".
To even hurt or kill each other with sticks, stones and even words...
They may even do other...
Dirty Deeds... Done Dirt Cheap...

So...
This God put Her Spirit "within"
any person that would accept Her.
Now that person "containing Her Spirit"
is able to be as "Loving As God Herself".

Yeah... I know what you're thinkin' ...

That has to be Bullshit...
It would be cool though... Right ?

Another thing about folks with higher consciousness...
They "assemble in buildings"...
and call them...
churches, monasteries, synagogues, temples, mosques,
bookstores, pubs, coffee houses, homes
and many other creative places.

Everyone that attends, desires to...

"Meet With God and Experience Community". . .

Which by definition is
1. A Body of people living in the same place under the same laws.
2. Joint Ownership.

Fellowship is another word used...
1. The condition of friendly relationships existing among persons.
2. Comradeship... Comrades... Hmmmm...
No, i'm not...

Oh Yeah...
The "Meeting With God" part.
That usually requires service of some sort,
giving money, music, singing, praying
And more... Teaching...
All of this done creatively, Of Course...

Now from what i've heard...
The best part of the meeting
is "bitching"
About all of the above things at lunch (more fellowship).

So In conclusion, Superiority is an Illusion...

Butt (A Real Big Butt)
Make sure you read the Right Holy Book
Choose the Right Religion, The Right God
and The Right Church...

Try to "judge" everyone (even if they go to your church)
and do your damn best to "persuade" them to
"think like you do"...
Or...
Don't get them to "think at all"...
They're easier to "control" that way.
