The best dance company
is one in which all dancers are fullfilling
their individual "values/skills/gifts" within the "Collective"
identity of the group.

Any dancer who manipulates his or her value
in order to "fit" into the group
will have difficulty with spontaneous adaptation
when it is called for.

Eventually that dancer will cease to "Conform"
and will catalyze change
that may effect the stability of the group.

It is not uncommon for a group
to include an unstable member in order to assure change
or temporality of the group.
