A Choreographer is creating a dance company
for a theatrical production.
There are thousands of trained dancers (available energy).
To realize their potential as dancers they need
to become part of a performance group (a formulated creation).

The available dancers are waiting to hear of a
production (an organizing stimulus) to try out for (respond to).
many of these dancers will find out about (be magnetized to)
the Choreographer's production.
They will audition ( attempt to align themselves) for the parts.

Since in this is case, jazz and acrobatic dancers (discrete values)
are needed for the dance concept to be realized,
most ballet dancers will not apply (insufficient magnetism).

Some ballet dancers with jazz experience may be among
those who try out (sufficient magnetism for response).
They will not necessarily be eliminated before auditions
just because they are ballet dancers.

One of them may bring just the right mix
(the right value and/or amplitude)
to give expression (manifestation) to a certain subtle
quality within the Choreographer's concept.

Of the dancers who do qualify, some may not want
to be a part of the company because
they do not feel comfortable within it (properly aligned).
They may need a different work style, production quality,
or performance content
(a creation more aligned with their frequency and/or amplitude).

The Choreographer will hire
(constellate around the axial value of His production)
only those dancers who,
in expressing their capabilities (discrete values and amplitudes),
are successful in realizing His creative concept
(His medium for self-realization).

He may continue to hire and fire dancers until the show opens,
looking for the right combination of dancers
to work well together as a unit
(a stable and self perpetuating constellation of energy).

Once He has found a collective that works together as a team
(discrete values successfully aligned ),
His production has found "Life" (formulated to manifest a reality)

If the performers go beyond Alignment and succeed in Merging
with one another in realization of their common intent,
They will "Transcend" their medium
and stimulate themselves and their audience
within the frequency of the "Creation" itself.
Such performances are recognized as transcedent and profound.
They are directly "Healing to All" who experience them.
